Benefits of having service work performed by Booth Machinery:

Flat Rate
Our repair times are based on the Case Warranty Manual and the N.A.E.D.A. Flat Rate Guide. These guides allow Booth Machinery to quote a guaranteed repair price up front before we start working on your equipment. If we find something that was not covered by our quote, we will provide you with an updated quote on the additional work that needs to be performed. We will not start any additional repairs without your authorization. Our Flat Rate Billing system forces Booth Machinery to be as efficient as possible. This efficiency translates to a 20-30% savings on the cost of labor that our customers would have ended up paying a time and material shop.
Technician Breaks
Our technicians clock off their jobs when they go to break. Breaks are not billed to the customer.
Technician Knowledge
Booth Machinery invests over $20,000 per year to provide our technicians OEM training. Because we believe in training, Booth Machinery built an on-site training facility to ensure that all of our technicians receive the training they need. Our customers can be assured that our technicians have the training to do the job efficiently and correctly. This means less downtime and expense for our customers.
Tools
Our technicians have all the specialty tools needed to do the job right. Each group of four technicians have their own computer terminal to look up their parts and any service bulletins concerning the repair that they are performing. This translates to less down time and higher quality repairs for our customers.
Our Customer's' Do Not Pay for Warranty Travel Time
This expense is not covered by the manufacturers warranty. Booth Machinery covers it as a cost of doing business. This means less expense for the customer.
Travel Time
For non-warranty repairs, our customers pay travel time based on mileage. This system avoids billing a customer for time delays due to traffic or the technician stopping along the way.
Service Department Inspections
Our service advisors and technicians are trained to perform inspections in the shop or in the field. Inspections are free and are a good way for our customers to find out about needed repairs prior to the season.
